The Requirements:
An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by summer of 2021 in these majors:
Civil and/or Environmental EngineeringMechanical, Electrical, Systems, Biological, Biosystems, or Agricultural EngineeringEIT/EI certification or have the ability to obtain certification by 2022The Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communicationAbility to apply technical skills to meet project demands and solve problems for our clientsPositive attitude and an impressive work ethicClear sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlinesAttention to details and ability to contribute to a positive work environmentPassion and demonstrated drive to achieve goalsExposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and/or GISApplicants must be legally authorized to work for Kimley-Horn in the US without employer sponsorship.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
