Support the ASP SA team of the HPG Services group.
1. Performs routine technical tasks in support of ASP client data or databases.
2. May load ASP client software.
3. Basic support tasks such email distribution list maintenance, update client contact information and update client specific project plans or task lists.
4. May participate in accumulation of metrics for team load level reporting.
5. May participate in reviewing, maintaining or creating client specific documentation.
1. Requires a High School Diploma.
2. Must be a currently enrolled, full time college student.
3. Must have successfully passed related classes in software engineering or information technology.
0-1 years of related experience supporting engineering, information technology or other technical operations.
1. 0-1 years of related experience with software/application support.
2. Will develop basic knowledge of principles, methods and techniques used to support Application Support Provider (Cloud) clients.
