Capital Services, a premier health & welfare benefits firm, is seeking a Benefits Coordinator (Client Support) to provide day-to-day administrative and benefits support for our clients and internal staff.
This position will manage new client setup, benefit renewals, open enrollment meetings and attending client meetings as needed. Using state-of-the-art benefit software programs, this position requires a strong attention to detail for auditing and data entry projects. Additional duties include designing marketing and employee communications. Training will be provided by an amazing team of industry leaders.
Associates Degree or higher in Management, Business, or related field, with a minimum of 1-3 years professional working experience as an administrative assistant or client service representative; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively as an individual or within a team.
Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and be able to translate business and technical requirements into workable solutions.
Must possess the ability to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of timelines and budgets.
Must be available for travel and offsite meetings (may involve travel to other states within the continental United States).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
