ERP Project Manager

Executive Summary : The Client is looking for an ERP Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle E-Business ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex ERP projects, as well as a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business ERP functionality.


Position Duties and
Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
  • Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including the project team, the customer, and the vendor
  • Manage risks and issues throughout the project, and develop mitigation plans as needed
  • Ensure that the project meets the customer's requirements and expectations
  • Manage the project budget and track costs closely
  • Approve all project changes and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Document all project activities and deliverables
  • Close out the project and ensure that all lessons learned are captured

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5
    years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations
  • Proven experience in Oracle E-Business ERP Cloud
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred
Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10
    years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations
  • PMP Certification from PMI
  • Experience with other ERP systems, such as CGI, Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP systems
  • Experience with Agile project management methodology
  • Experience with change management
