Salary:
$120K range based on experience
Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing:
- Assist in supervision of nursing staff in the facility
- Implementation of nursing policy and procedure
- Educating nursing staff and overseeing nursing employee conduct
- Being knowledgeable of incidents at the facility
- Assessing the health needs of residents
Requirements of the Director of Nursing:
- Must have a valid Maryland RN license
- Must have extensive nursing home experience
- Must have prior experience as an ADON in a long term care setting
- Must have strong clinical background and knowledge
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
