Experience:
Litigation experience required.
Collections experience strongly preferred.
Expected duties include but are not limited to:
Organizing and coordinating a high volume of collection matters Communicating with debtors, clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Managing & calendaring a large number of litigation deadlines Drafting legal correspondence and documents including motion papers & complaints Filing documents with court & county offices & arranging for service of process.
Candidate will be expected to take a lead role in all things secretarial, clerical, and paralegal related for the collections practice Light overflow work as needed to support firm Skills:
