Business Development & Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:

Understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential customers and clients.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and generate reports as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
Business Development & Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer service.
