Community Customer Service - Outreach Specialist

We are currently looking to fill 5 full-time Solar Energy Community Customer Service Representative roles to help manage our new client's awareness, community outreach, and customer acquisition solutions.
The position requires someone with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills and someone who thrives in a people-oriented environment.
This role helps with lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to acquire life-long customers on behalf of our clients.
We're currently partnered with a Solar Technology firm and their mission is to provide solar energy solutions without the headache of panel installation or cost.
Our team works with local communities and homeowners, so they're able to take advantage of nearby solar farms that absorb energy from the sun, convert it into electricity and distribute it across the power grid.

Community Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Meet with local homeowners to educate them on solar farming and provide enrollment opportunities for personal distribution Assist in the enrollment process to opt-in for energy distribution from a solar farm including, but not limited to walking the customer through the website sign-up, explaining next steps, and maintaining contact to ensure satisfaction Establish and maintain genuine relationships with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and encourage referral opportunities Become a solar farming and renewable energy expert to best assist the client and customer Work with customers and guide them through their energy bills to help them make the best decisions regarding their energy consumption and cost savings Any administrative tasks as requested by management Experience and Skills:
Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or any other customer-facing position is highly preferred Excellent communication and relationship building skills Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with all types of people Passion for clean and renewable energy initiatives and a desire to join a growing team who wants to make a difference in local communities Comfortable in a leadership type role whether that is in managing a group of people or projects Strong teamwork skills and able to foster an environment of collaboration, honesty and ingenuity Self-manageable with excellent organization and time management Candidates with the following skills or experience are encouraged to apply ASAP! Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
