This position is 100% remoteJob DescriptionWhat You'll Do:
Standardize media offerings and packages that can be offered to DrivenIQ clients, including providing input on pricing.
Collaborate and align on effective platform partners with the business development team for media and messaging execution, including email and nurture, potentially including direct mail, messaging etc.
Work with product marketing on sales enablement and upskilling sales and customer success team members on media strategy.
Work with the sales team on consultative media sales and putting together potential media plans as part of that process.
Work with the customer success team to understand clients' needs and develop media plans that effectively reach their target audience.
Collaborate with the creative and content development team to develop messaging and creative assets that are tailored to the media plan.
Work with the media buying and operations team to execute media plans, negotiate rates, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Analyze data and provide insights to continually optimize media plans and improve performance.
As the media expert, stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging media channels to ensure that our clients' media plans are cutting-edge and effective.
Attend weekly client business meetings, presenting and leading discussions regarding media strategies.
Utilize company resources to create campaign reports for clients.
QualificationsWhat You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

years of experience in media planning and buying, with a proven track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of media planning principles, including targeting, frequency, reach, and budget allocation.
Experience across a number of verticals developing media strategies and media plans.
Experience with a variety of media channels, including digital, social, print, and broadcast.
Experience with building media plans with 1st party data focus and also with building campaign executions specific to 1st party data.
Be familiar with a variety of ESP (email service providers) and CRM's.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present media plans and results to clients and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Previous experience in ad operations or trading preferred.
Google Certifications; GA4 strongly preferred.
Ability to build solid relationships, provide excellent customer service and cultivate a consultative environment.
Excellent collaboration & teamwork skills.
You'll need to partner closely with the team, vendor partners, and clients.
You can easily manage multiple tasks in a well-organized and highly detailed manner while working in a fast-paced, perpetually evolving, relationship-driven environment.
Must be able to work in a quiet remote environment.
Experience working sales via virtual meetings with camera on, using Zoom, Teams, Slack.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have valid US identification.
