QA Team Lead, Benefits Industry

The primary role of this position is to oversee the daily activities of the Quality Assurance Department as part of a collaborative team reviewing Account Installation and Census Management audits for medical insurance plans.
Our employees currently work from home (remote) and will transition to a hybrid model several months from now.

Responsibilities:
Monitors Salesforce queues and assigns cases.
Exhibits knowledge as subject matter expert.
Creates/generates daily reports from Salesforce to manage workflow and other reports as required.
Conducts new hire and on-going training.
Develop and maintains departmental SOP s and QRG s.
Performs 2 nd audits on QA staff.
Contributes to a positive team environment/employee engagement.
Takes initiative to learn new procedures and processes and trains/assists others during rollout.
Assists in testing new programs/processes.
Acts as liaison between Account Installation and Census Management teams.
Handles escalated issues/escalates difficult problems to Manager.
Secondary Auditor
Responsibilities:
Conducts audit review of Account Installation set-ups to include group and member level and maintenance enrollment for accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures and SLA s timeframes.
Communicates discrepancies with tact and diplomacy, using positive feedback as a training tool to improve quality results.
Adheres to all documented procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing internally and externally.
Reads and comprehends job-related documents and QA processes.
Manages multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Displays flexibility and deals well with change.
Keeps abreast of current trends and regulatory issues surrounding carriers plan designs and administration.
Ability to work occasional long, irregular hours when needed.
High School diploma or equivalent required.

years job related experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook Exchange.
Proficiency with web browsers, especially Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Strong working knowledge of health insurance guidelines and benefits.
Experience in researching and resolving issues.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
