Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, vendors, and other medical facilities Acknowledge, address, and rectify all patient complaints received from the corporate voicemail and patient complaint line Effectively communicate with members of Upper Management regarding patient experiences Return patient phone calls related to their medical care, and direct patients to the proper resources for further assistance with their issues Communicate with Providers regarding lab results, prescription medications, and other patient care questions Provide patient education regarding abnormal lab results, medications, and medical care on behalf of the Provider Assist with pharmacy phone calls and medication changes at the discretion of the provider Maintain the company's digital media presence by posting relevant content and encouraging audience engagement Monitor comments on all social media platforms and interact with the social media community Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience in the medical field Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical role Proficiency in using an electronic medical record (EMR) and fax communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in navigating different social media platforms Demonstrates professional problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
