Primary duties of the position include assisting with drafting and finalizing personalized estate plans, assisting with the preparation of estate and trust administration paperwork, including court petitions, orders, deeds, and accountings.
Further duties include filing, scanning and maintenance of client files; client interaction, and calendaring.
The desired qualifications of the candidate are:
excellent customer/client service skills, some experience in Probate and/or Estate Planning preferred, strong attention to detail, organizational skills and effective time management, proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of managing multiple projects and self motivated.
The desired education requirements of the candidate are paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or Bachelor's degree.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
